The art of CowParade originated from the US and is an artistic phenomenon gradually spreading the world over. Every year a new set of cows are created in a different cities - the latest being particularly relevant to the UK with the 2006 CowParade event in Edinburgh last summer from May to July.
Each one is a work of art sponsored by corporate and community organizations in the cities where they go on public display.
Started in America 7 years ago, CowParade captures the hearts and imaginations of millions worldwide. CowParade travels to exciting new cities around the globe and benefits charitable causes through its one-of-a-kind cow auctions. The 2003 CowParade exhibition in Dublin raised over £250,000 for charity and worldwide has so far raised more than £7 million for charity.
Each cow comes in it's own special Cow Parade presentation Box with tags.
